DELIVERY
Orders are prepared within 48 to 72 working hours and then shipped by post.
For any order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order as well as the tracking number.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our jewels, we suggest that you contact our Customer Service within 14 days by email at contact.equestrian@gmail.com or by telephone at 06 02 60 06 81 of Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to agree on an exchange, credit or refund.
For the jewelry to be compliant and accepted, it must not have been worn and it must be returned in its original packaging.
All returns must be made by registered mail (tracked letter, registered, colissimo, chrono or other).
Return costs remain your responsibility. Any personalized jewelry will not be exchanged or refunded.
